Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that sometimes life just happens and a little reshuffle may be necessary - no worries!

If you find yourself in this situation and you’ve already secured your session date, get in touch with me ASAP and we can look at rescheduling your session.

Due to increased demand for dates, I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you wish to reschedule your photo session. This will allow us to find another time that is suitable for you in the future and also allow me enough time to open the session to other clients.

Whilst I will do my best to offer flexibility in finding you a suitable date to reschedule your photo session, I cannot guarantee the date you request will be available.

Please note that sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another family.

Refund Policy

Once we secure a session date, I do not accept any additional bookings on the day of your session. This allows me to give you my full & focused attention on the day of our photoshoot. Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another family.

Cancellation with notice: I understand that life happens and there may be times where you are unable to attend our session. When given sufficient notice (i.e. more than 24 hours), I’m happy to reschedule your session for you.

Same Day Cancellations: Cancelling your session on the same day minimises my chance of filling your session time and for this reason there will be no refunds on same day cancellations. Rescheduling on the same day may incur an additional fee**
