Nestled peacefully in the beautiful California Lane of Fortitude Valley is Brisbane’s Helena Rose, specialising in minimal waste floristry & floral design workshops.

Originally from Sydney, Australia and with a background in fashion design, Helena returned from her overseas travels and ‘fell’ into the world of flowers.
Adding a personal touch to the Helena Rose name, Helena has dedicated her brand to her non-verbal sister, Rose, who is living with a disability and
features beautifully as a part of the Helena Rose brand.

After many years of teaching and travelling, and inspired by the Christmas wreaths of London and Scotland, Helena began offering Christmas Workshops.
With her unique and personalised method of teaching others, she will seamlessly guide you in designing and creating your own bespoke wreaths to enjoy at home.
Helena Rose offers creative workshops at her boutique location in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley as well as home & business based workshops for larger groups.
From flower crowns to Christmas wreaths, her workshops are available for children’s parties, hen’s parties, birthdays and other events.

Helena Rose is a minimal waste Florist who enjoys finding new ways to create floral bi-products by recycling, reusing and repurposing everything in store.
Two products created from this method of minimal waste are Botanical Bottles where breakages are preserved with Botanist, Botanicatopia, and featured in glass bottles
for you to enjoy as a display in your home. All other waste from the store is processed and turned into bio-confetti for weddings and events.
